Cancellation Policy

We value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

 

**Appointment Cancellation**

 

Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

 

**Late Cancellations and No-Shows**

 

- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment missed, which will be added to your next appointment.

 

- No-shows (clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice) will also incur a 100% charge, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.

 

**Rescheduling**

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to find an alternative time that suits both you and our salon schedule.

 

**Emergencies and Exceptions**

 

We understand that emergencies can occur. In case of a genuine emergency or illness, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee. We value our clients' well-being.

 

**Multiple Cancellations or No-Shows**

 

Clients with a history of frequent cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments or may be denied booking privileges.

 

**Confirmation Reminders**

 

To help clients remember their appointments, we send confirmation reminders via email 24 hours prior and SMS 2 hours prior through our online booking site before the scheduled time. Please ensure your contact preferences are turned on in our system.
